Upper-Atmosphere Optimized Hybrid Rocket Nozzle

Led team of 5 to design, optimize, and hotfire a 7.86 lbf thrust parabolic rocket nozzle.

VEGAS Fire Suppression

Redesigned a CO₂ remote fire suppression system to ensure facility safety. Optimized pipe routing for a 0.23 kg/s flow rate with a minimum 4.0 FOS per NASA and SAE standards.

Additional Projects

Wing Structural Lead (AIAA)

Conducted trade studies resulting in an XPS foam prototype 50% lighter than previous models. Designed a split-wing NACA 2412 profile in Fusion 360 with a 5° dihedral. Mentored junior leads on DFM principles.

Autonomous Navigation

Led a 4-person team to develop a 250g load-bearing robot for client-commissioned obstacle avoidance. Achieved 100% path detection accuracy over 60 trials via iterative IR sensor calibration.
